Michelle Springgay is a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of experience providing comprehensive primary health care. She earned both her Master of Nursing and Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner degrees from Queen's University and is currently completing her qualification as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP).
Throughout her career, Michelle has been passionate about caring for women across all stages of life. She understands that perimenopause and menopause are much more than hormonal changes—they can affect sleep, mood, energy, sexual health, relationships, confidence, and overall quality of life.
