Dr. Sophia Badowski
MD, FRSCS
Dr. Sophia Badowski is a Royal College–certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist with advanced fellowship training in Urogynecology and Pelvic Floor Reconstructive Surgery. She completed her medical degree and residency at Queen's University before pursuing specialized fellowship training in Vancouver, British Columbia. Now practicing in Kingston, Dr. Badowski is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care for women experiencing menopause, vulvar and vaginal conditions, and pelvic floor disorders. She is dedicated to helping women restore comfort, confidence, and quality of life through personalized treatment plans, including both medical and procedural therapies.
Michelle Springgay
MN, MSCP, NP-PHC
Michelle Springgay is a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of experience providing comprehensive primary health care. She earned both her Master of Nursing and Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner degrees from Queen's University and is currently completing her qualification as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP).

Throughout her career, Michelle has been passionate about caring for women across all stages of life. She understands that perimenopause and menopause are much more than hormonal changes—they can affect sleep, mood, energy, sexual health, relationships, confidence, and overall quality of life. She believes every woman deserves to feel heard, supported, and informed as she navigates this important transition.

Working alongside Dr. Badowski, Michelle offers both hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options, along with practical lifestyle strategies and preventive primary care focused on long-term health. Whether you are experiencing your first symptoms of perimenopause, seeking advice about hormone therapy, or looking to optimize your health after menopause, she is committed to helping you feel your best and thrive during this stage of life and beyond.

Achievements & Diplomas

Dr. Badowski completed 11 years of medical and surgical training in Canada with specialization in women's health and pelvic floor reconstruction. She has recently returned to Kingston and is thrilled to be able to offer cosmetic vulvar and vaginal surgery solutions to women in Kingston and the surrounding area.
